OPEN TAP BREW PUB & LIQUOR STORE Regina, SK This project is comprised of the renovation and modernization of the existing 8,000 sq. ft. TAP Brew Pub, including a significant expansion to the Liquor Store. It also features the addition of new entrance for both occupancies, and a trellis structure for the outdoor patio.

SMITH'S INSURANCE  MAIN OFFICE Regina, SK Conversion of an existing 5,500 sq.ft., one-storey building will provide a new, full service insurance center and main office. The new offices greatly improve the client’s visibility, and provides a mix of office and open-concept workspaces to encourage informal communication between staff.

The project involves a tenant fit-up for a new branch of Taco Time at Grasslands commercial centre, Regina's  southwest area. The restaurant has a seating capacity for 30 and an outside driveway for drive-thru service.
