The facility has a ground floor of 11,103 sq. ft. in area, and an upper floor of 7,425 square feet. The major components of the program for the building consist of a new 3,000 sq. ft. Showroom and a 2,500 sq. ft. one lane Driveway for dropping off vehicles for servicing. There is a 600 sq. ft. Customer Lounge and a 4,000 sq. ft. Staff Lounge, Shower and Change facility.
